My name is Damian Poi. I'm a real estate investor, successful business owner and entrepreneur.

I came from humble beginnings a coastal rural family of ten centred on values, respect, love and support. My parents built a small family business from their savings then transformed that into investment portfolios for their retirement. During this time I learnt the principle and value of owning a small business and property investing. In my twenties I spent ten years as a captain and officer at sea on ships. After which I spent eight years with the Maritime Authorities as a successful manager in Maritime Litigation and Regulations in Australia and New Zealand. I currently live in the winterless north opposite the sea. Enjoying a healthy lifestyle and spending time traveling the world visiting different countries and cultures, meeting likeminded people and making new friends. My online business has given me blueprints and tools to open doors to transform my dreams into cash flow reality, financial security and personal freedom.
